Our Procedure

1) Mandate issue FCO on letterhead with full KYC to buyer. 2) buyer issues ICPO upon successful review. 3) Parties execute NCNDA and verify funds (RWA/BCL). 4) SPA is signed and performance begins under agreed FOB/CIF terms.
